Dikla is an essential part of the operations department at Israel My Way, and also the company's in-house concierge, so let her know if you need a recommendation for a restaurant or tickets to a basketball game. She grew up on kibbutz and has lived in the Israel metropolises of Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Haifa. Dikla also spent three years in Ghana's capital, Accra, as senior administrator for the Israeli embassy. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations and Middle Eastern Studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She currently resides with her partner and pet dog in Haifa.
Favorite Israeli gem
“The Old City of Akko combines my three favorite things: sea, archeology, and good food. I love walking through the crowded souk where you can find great hummus, sweets, and changing seasonal produce. In the Crusader Knights' Halls, I can feel medieval history come to life. As I gaze at the Mediterranean through openings in the Old City walls, I can see my other favorite town, Haifa, just across the bay.”
